Photo, snowmaking video & updates!

Our snowmaking manager Bruce made a video of some recent snowmaking shots from Hunter -- complete with music! Check it out here!

Can't see this video? See it here.
As far as snowmaking is concerned, we are still making snow and plan to continue through the weekend, with a probable Wednesday opening if the weather cooperates. Most recent photo, as of earlier this afternoon:

Stay tuned for more info!!

It looks like sweet pow in the bowl!

Hope you have a Wednesday opening. All ready to take the day off.... Are you going to honor mid-week passes like last year?

Looks good! Love the video... Looks like a lot of work moving all that equipment around the mountain.
Just need a ribbon of snow to down to Broadway and Snowlite quads. :)

We'll be up from NJ if it is open this coming weekend.

Why are you not making to the bottom when Windham is?

check the forecast. warm daytime temps around thanksgiving. we'd rather build up a base at the top and keep it than spread out and lose on the bottom.

Things could still change.

Since you're not blowing snow down to the bottom, is there any chance we'll see multiple upper-mountain trails for opening day? (Minya, ESD, X-over..etc?)

Will you be downloading on the A lift or B. B would be preferable for those of us who are Height Challenged (dont like riding down the lift...Its a disability) Please say B.

Sorry, we'll most likely be using the quad (A). It's less of a walk and the B lift off-loading area may or may not be covered.

hopefully you won't be using either and you'll have coverage to the base :)

Any word on the Localmotion Race series usually held on Mondays? I don't see any mention of it on the website, and our team is getting anxious!

We are definitely having LocalMotion. We just hired a new events coordinator, so that's why the information is coming in a little later than usual. Stay tuned and as soon as I receive the info from her, I'll put it on the calendar.
