Oktoberfest at Hunter Mountain ... This Weekend & Next!

Autumn greetings from Hunter Mountain!

We wanted to send a little reminder that we are having our Oktoberfest this weekend and next, so stop by and join in the fun! Admission is FREE...what've you got to lose? Sunny skies and high 60's this weekend, plenty to do, and the beautiful fall foliage of the Northern Catskills are just a few reasons to stop by this weekend!

October is the time of the harvest, and in the old country, after the harvest is in, it's time for celebration. We'll have Austrian and German-American bands, Schuhplattler dancers, lots of vendors, puppet shows, jugglers, magicians, horse petting zoo, and food and drink. Free arts & crafts and free pumpkins for the kids. All in the majestic splendor of the beautiful northern Catskills in the autumn.

ALSO: next weekend, Jimmy Sturr will be performing three shows on October 6!
Continue to Oktoberfest info and entertainment schedule >>

The Skyride will be open both weekends, with beautiful views of fall foliage. Up here on the mountaintop, we are around two weeks ahead of the Hudson Valley and lower elevation areas...we've got tons of color up our way, and the Skyride is a great way to enjoy it!
For further info on the Skyride, please continue here >>

Mountain biking is also running (see also: all mountain bike rental bikes are for sale!) Mountain biking will only be open for two more weekends, so hit our bike trails before they turn to ski slopes!

Thanks so much for reading, and we hope to see you soon!!
