Rail Throwdown & Instructor Train

Who says you can't have fun on a rainy day? Our instructors hit the rails on Friday...and sent me some videos -- check them out!

Instructor Train on Rollercoaster Rail

Matt Briggs hitting the rail like no other!

REMEMBER....we do have four rails available in our terrain park, and we will have many more features coming soon after the cold weather arrives!

Jess,

It looks like another mudslide of a Monday at Hunter Mountain. Hopefully the Mooseknuckles prayers to the Norse snow gods will pay off next week!

PRAY FOR SNOW!!!

Sincerely,
The Grand Pooba of the Might Order of Mooseknuckles

Ted

Jess,
The Moose Knuckles descend on Hunter in two and a half weeks. Is it enough time to coat the mountain if the weather cooperates, or will I have to bring my lawn mower? Time to put our mighty moose powers to use. GO KNUCKLES!!!

ALRIGHT guys, here's the deal...

We're blowing snow tonight and for the next 72 hours, maybe even straight through, non-stop. Reblanketing, reopening. I have no idea (nor does anyone else) how fast the trails will reopen or anything. I'm going to be updating the Snow Phone and the website as often as possible and we'll try to keep everyone up to speed. I'll also be posting pictures and info here in the blog (which will probably be updated more frequently than the other outlets). So keep track and we'll let you know.

llybdmHi Jessica,
That's awesome. Blow like there's no tomorrow. Blow so you don't have to suck in a couple of weeks for Da Moose Knucks. We're gonna rock it out in the KMC. Banana hammock style fo' shizzle. Lets all keep prayin' for the snow.

So many possible responses, so little time...

You guys are pretty good with the innuendos. Amusing, though not always entirely appropriate...

In any event I just posted a whole bunch of stuff about snowmaking. So enjoy!

Hello Jess,
So happy to hear the snowmaking has begun. How cold does it have to be before you can fire up the cannons? I won't uncross my fingers yet. If you blow it, we will come. Go Knucks!! Hooray!!

Dearest Jessica,
You know we love you. And we love it when you MAKE snow. The moose got loose, but that bad boy is now contained. Thanks for the updates.
-Peace love and snowballs...can I say snowballs?

You guys rule. And yes, I think I can handle "snowballs." When I run into you at Slopes or Spinning Room, you can all be as profane and witty as you'd like...bring it on!
