Snowmaking: Morning Update

Okay here is the scoop. It finally looks like Mother Nature is going to give us a break with the weather, a little burp on Sunday of snow & ice then back to snow depending on the line...we hope to get 6".

Monday we will start back up again and as of now we will be going to the West Side with Wayout, and Upper K27, East Side, Milky Way, Gateway, and undecided on Heuga depending on the
winds.

As for now we will be opening on Sunday (not a guarantee but 40-50%) Cliff, Bleeker, Ike, Mossy. I said we would open Belt And Minya today and we did so I feel good about the others for tomorrow with the temps predicted.

With this terrain opened and what I hope to open tomorrow this has to be the most terrain opened around. Skiing & boarding will be good to so suck it up, pack up the car and get up here!

Conditions were terrific today.
Good snow and it was nice to see the D and F lifts running.

Thanks Bruce! It would be great if you could do Upper Xover soon too. But not so important as when you do it, is please-please-please don't put that ridiculous huge mound of snow in the center on top of the trail this year. It serves no real purpose since it's never moved in the spring anyway, and prevents some very nice lines from forming down the middle as they used to in the years before that mound was put there -- thanks in advance!!!

I was at Hunter on Friday and although there were very few trails, the trails that were ready were awesome. Flying down Hells Gate (yeah that was me) was great. The snow was packed powder, and the crowds were little. Great job you guys, keep up the great work.

High humidity and wind gusts, storm passing through with freezing rain tonight and possible rain tomorrow.
