POWDER ALERT #2: Weekend Storm Coming, 6-12"+ Predicted!

In case you haven't heard about the huge storm that passed through, hear this: we've got 10" of fresh snow, with more on the way! We're in the 6-12" prediction zone, according to Accuweather, and because of the altitude, we could get more than that. If Hunter wasn't in your weekend outlook, it's time to load up the car and get up here, because it is going to be day after day of powder and pristine conditions.

Keep an eye on the forecast and/or call the SnowPhone for updated info -- as of today, we've got 34 trails open, and we might just get enough snow to open a handful more trails for Sunday. Check out the latest video from Hunter Mountain, and bookmark the Hunterblog for periodic conditions updates!

What about snowmaking on Clair's? Looks almost ready to open as is. Bet you guys could get it open in one night.
Really good to hear the quad is running and thanks for running D lift yesterday.
Mountain was GREAT the last two days. Upcoming storm looks questionable at this point for all snow Sunday though. Could be a nasty frozen mix. Everyone stay home. :)
